My mom's entire side of the family, minus a few (we missed you uncle Petie, aunt Linda, Zack, Brent and Chet!), stayed in a 30 person beach house for a week in Corolla, NC. I absolutely LOVE having a big extended fam who act more like an immediate family. I could honestly not imagine it any other way and feel so blessed that this is how we are :)
Days were spent on the beach, in the pool, playing beer pong via raft, and/or playing our 2-day-long cornhole tournament. Nights were spent making huge family dinners/dinning out, watching movies in the theatre room, playing "left-right-center" for some quick $$$, and late nights w/ rum & coke up on the crow's nest.
We had an amazing week that just flew by because there was so much going on. Don't get me wrong; dinners in were a tad chaotic, the house was LOUD almost 24-7, and we spent an absurd amount of money on alcohol, but the memories and the time spent with some of the best people I know were priceless.
